Bollywood stars like Rishi Kapoor, Hema Malini, Riteish Deshmukh and Dia Mirza on Sunday wished their friends and fans a Happy Easter, hoping that the occasion ushers in joy, happiness and love for all.
 
The auspicious occasion of Easter marks the resurrection of Lord Jesus Christ.

Actress Jacqueline Fernandez, who has been busy with back-to-back shooting schedules, got some much-needed family time on Easter. The Sri Lankan beauty says she is glad her mother made the day more special by flying down here to celebrate.
 
"Easter is a really important festival for us and we love celebrating it together. This year my mom has come from Sri Lanka. She also brought my favourite homemade hot cross buns which has been an Easter staple since childhood," Jacqueline said in a statement. 
 
Jacqueline, who has been living in Mumbai, was happy to have spent the day with her mother.
 
The actress will next be seen on the silver screen in "Housefull 3", "Dishoom" and "A Flying Jatt' this year.
