Bollywood star Bipasha Basu is all set to turn into an author as she will soon be writing her own book on fitness">fitness.
 
 
The ' Race' star's book will be based on the mantra of loving oneself besides also featuring various workout regimes and customised diets to maintain a healthy body.
 
 
The actress said that she would be focusing on the misconception among people in regard to what fitness">fitness really is.
 
 
"I want to write about the essence of loving yourself. The mantra is to love yourself and care enough for your body. I firmly believe that you need determination and discipline to live a fit and healthy lifestyle," said Basu.
 
 
The book will also reflect on the star's journey, from being a popular model who stood out with her relatively larger frame to being one of the fittest actors in the film industry at the moment.
 
 
Bipasha is well known for starring in filmmaker Prakash Jha's 'Apaharan' which won the National Film Award for best screenplay.
