Bipasha Basu Opens Up About Her Personal Life, Talks About Ex-Boyfriends

  • Bipasha Basu Opens Up About Her Personal Life, Talks About Ex-Boyfriends
Bipasha Basu is a fitness freak and so is her better half Karan Singh Grover. The gorgeous actress has some amazing filmography to her credit and an equally exciting personal life.

Before marrying KSG, she was reportedly dating John Abraham and their affair lasted for almost a decade. However, it saw a bitter end leaving fans in a state of shock. Post that, the diva was linked to a few men from the industry but never did she confirm her relationship status before she finally became Mrs Grover.

In a candid interview with Hindustan Times, Bips talked about braving osteoarthritis at a young age and how she dealt with it. She even talked about being health conscious now.

She has been quoted as saying, “Lack of knowledge of the body, making up excuses like I don’t need this or exercising is so boring- I was that person. So when you do something, like if you start dancing suddenly, or you just start running with the wrong shoes you can hurt yourself. You need to learn about all these things and know yourself.

You can’t just do something which another person is doing since everyone is different. In 2005 everyone had told me that I need to get my knees operated- that I can’t dance, won’t be able to do action sequences and even be able to stand for a long time. The pain is still there, in fact I ice my knees everyday and if my knees don’t pain I feel I am not alive.

I do extreme weight training for my legs to offload the stress on my knees. I don’t know why people say they want to live till only 60 or 70, I want to live till 100 and even beyond, and I want to be able. That is why I invest in my health. I want to have a good old age.”

Further, when asked about her views on being friends with exes, she gave a prompt reply by saying, “See if your ex is an as***** it’s not possible. But if your ex is a good human being and things didn’t gel well between you then of course it’s possible, but it depends.”
