Actor-politician Shatrughan Sinha has congratulated Bollywood actress Urmila Matondkar, who tied the knot on Thursday here with Kashmir-based businessman and model Mohsin Akhtar Mir in a quiet ceremony.

Shatrughan also said that it's "better late than never" to Urmila, 42.

"Congratulations Urmila Matondkar for finally tying the knot -- better late than never. Wish the newly-weds a blissful married life. God bless!" the "Kalicharan" star tweeted.
