There are very few acting titans in B-town who can make even a lame cine chronicle swim against the odds, and undoubtedly SRK is one of them.  And the fact that SRK movies are critic-proof got proved once again with the sky scrapping success of SRK's recent release 'Happy New Year'. So come check out with us a few more movie which would have failed in BO litmus test had there been no SRK in them.

Main Hoon Naa
Some may say that "Main Hoon Na" gave wings to SRK's career post which there was no looking back for King Khan, but in reality there's no denying the fact that it was the charm of SRK which made even this run-of-mill kind of cine cantata an extra ordinary cine affair.

Om Shanti Om

Be it any era of Bollywood, we have seldom seen any actor taking a risk of involving himself in a cine formula which has lost its luster ages back. But by doing "Om Shaanti Om" a cine chronicle circumscribed around the core of re-birth, SRK took that risk and even changed the fate of Farah Khan too.

Ra.One

Till the time Ra.One made it to celluloid (or probably even after that) cineasts were in a state of dilemma about it's being a movie or a video game. But in-spite of that the movie managed to emerge as one of the biggest grosser of 2011, courtesy "Shah Rukh the Invincible Khan".

Chennai Express

Although "Chennai Express" was like a coming together of  two biggest titans of their own domains i.e SRK and Rohit Shetty, but in spite of that movie miserably failed in pleasing the critics and up-till some extent even the fans. But as far as commercial front is concerned then "Chennai Express" was no less than a Bullet Train.

Happy New Year

At last but the least comes the name of SRK's recent cine outing "Happy New Year" which is literally shattering all the records ever-since the day of its release. Earlier it was the honor of being biggest opening day grosser and today it's the title of fastest 100 crore entrant. And with no major release lined up for almost a fortnight there are ample chances that it may emerge as biggest grosser of the year too.
