Arjun Kapoor evolving as an actor: Ranveer Singh

  • Arjun Kapoor evolving as an actor: Ranveer Singh

"I am very proud of Arjun... He is evolving as an actor. The most important thing is to grow with each performance and Arjun is doing that with his every single film," Ranveer said at a screening of "Ki & Ka", which stars Arjun and Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead roles.

Ranveer also said that the two often meet for discussion and exchange their views after the release of their respective films.

"Whenever our film is released, after some days we sit down to have a chat over it. And that continues for a long time," Ranveer said.

Reiterating the "Bajirao Mastani" actor's views, Arjun said: "Being an actor, one should discuss his/her work with friends as we know how much effort we put in a film, so it's always better to sit and talk about the process and how you should try to give better performance in your next."

"And not just about the performance, we talk about other aspects of the films also," Ranveer added.

Arjun also noted that people easily point out flaws in an actor's work, because they aren't "aware of the efforts."

On the work front, Arjun is busy prepping for his next project "Half Girlfriend".

Directed by Mohit Suri, the film is based on Chetan Bhagat's novel of the same title. Besides Arjun, the film also stars Shradhha Kapoor.

Whereas Ranveer is gearing up for his next big venture, Aditya Chopra's directorial "Befikre", which also stars Vaani Kapoor.
