  • Anushka Sharma Becomes 'Dhobi Pachad Master' For 'Sultan'
Sharing the first glimpse of Anushka Sharma in action through a still from her forthcoming film “Sultan”, director Ali Abbas Zafar says the actress has become an expert, and turned out to be a 'dhobi pachad master'.

The actress, who underwent rigorous training for six weeks for her role as a wrestler in the Salman Khan-starrer, shared that she feels “blessed” after getting the role right in front of the camera.

Ali took to Twitter to share an image, which shows Anushka in the middle of a fight with an opponent in the ring.

He captioned the image with a post that read: "Haryana ki Sherni" 'dhobi pachad master" @AnushkaSharma in action @SultanTheMovie".

Anushka, who practiced for long periods regularly and tenaciously followed a fitness regimen to live the part of a wrestler to the best of her ability, responded to the post by saying that she “Couldn't have imagined I could do this two months ago. Feeling blessed”.

The film also stars Bollywood's “Dabangg” star Salman, who is also in the prep mode for "Sultan", which is said to be a biopic on a wrestler.

The film, produced by Aditya Chopra under the Yash Raj Films banner, is slated to release on July 8.
