Anurag's special care for 'Raman Raghav 2.0' team

Darpan News Desk IANS, 02 Jun, 2016 01:06 PM
Anurag Kashyap was very particular about shooting “Raman Raghav 2.0” at real locations in the interiors of Mumbai. So, he took special care to ensure everyone's comfort.

Kashyap’s “Raman Raghav 2.0” narrates the story of the serial killer, who went on a murder spree in Mumbai in the 1960s. It features Nawazuddin Siddiqui as the notorious serial-killer alongside Vicky Kaushal, who plays a police officer.

Since the film has been shot at interior locations of Mumbai, at times it became difficult and taxing for the actors and rest of the crew due to the difficult locations and weather. Kashyap took due care of their wellbeing.

Talking about it, Kashyap said: “I always do that (take care of my team), since they do everything for me in such difficult conditions. Thus, the least I can do is to care for them."

“Raman Raghav 2.0” was premiered at 69th Cannes Film Festival this year, where the team received a standing ovation.

The psychological-thriller, presented by Reliance Entertainment and a product of Phantom production, is all set to hit theatres on June 24.
