Megastar Amitabh Bachchan seemed to be in a nostalgic mood as he treated his fans to a couple of throwback photographs of himself.

In one black and white image, Big B is seen standing with veteran actor Dharmendra smiling at each other.

"When Dharamji came to wish me on my first day on set after 'Coolie' accident recovery!" Amitabh tweeted on Wednesday night.

The 73-year-old shared another photograph of himself from the sets of the 1982 film "Namak Halal".

The "Wazir" actor also shared a photograph of himself and his actor-politician wife Jaya Bachchan. In the photograph, the two can be seen surrounded by fans and signing autographs.

"Today is today...but the days gone by are today too... at an early years premier of film," he captioned the image.

On the silver screen, the cine icon will next be seen in "Pink", which also features actress Taapsee Pannu.
