Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who is the most followed Indian film celebrity on Twitter, has set the bar higher with 18 million followers on the micro-blogging platform. The actor has thanked all his fans, and said he is now aiming for the 20 million mark.
 
"18 MILLION...Thank you all... It's been a wonderful ride... now to 20! BAADDDUUUMMMMMBAAAAA," the thespian tweeted on Friday night. 
 
Following close on the heels of the "Deewar" actor is superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who has a following of 16.4 million on the micro-blogging website. 
 
The 73-year-old actor is very active on social media platform to keep his fans and followers updated about his professional and personal life.
 
On the silver screen, the actor will next be seen in Bejoy Nambiar's "Wazir", which also stars actor Farhan Akhtar and Neil Nitin Mukesh. 
 
Additionally, he will also be seen making a cameo with his wife Jaya Bachchan in R. Balki's "Ki and Ka", which is set to release next year.
