Darpan News Desk IANS, 04 Nov, 2015 12:20 PM
"The Homecoming", a short film, marks Taapsee Pannu's fourth time pairing with Amit Sadh. The actor says she's now very comfortable working with him.

After working in the yet-to-release "Runningshaadi.com", the actors have worked together in an ad and a documentary. Then "The Homecoming", which stresses on the importance of family, came their way.

Talking about the experience, she said: "This is the fourth time that Amit Sadh and I have worked together. He is like an in-house hero for me. It's quite comfortable working with Amit. And working with Piyush Mishra is interesting as this is the first time I have shared screen space with him."

"The Homecoming" has the festival of Diwali as its backdrop. The film is for online furniture store Urban Ladder, and delves into the thought that a home is built by a family that lives in it and not the furniture. It captures the journey of a couple to move into their son's home, when the son and his wife make them feel at home with thoughtful changes in the house.

Taapsee says she was emotional while filming it.

"Those who will watch the film will definitely feel emotional," the actress said here.

"I was sobbing while doing the scenes. This film is made to celebrate relationships. We worked 20 hours a day and completed the film in just two days. I can assure that watching this film shall certainty bring tears in your eyes," Taapsee said.
