Always Wear A Helmet: Kamal Haasan

Darpan News Desk IANS, 30 Jun, 2015 12:16 PM
  • Always Wear A Helmet: Kamal Haasan
In support of the state government's decision to make helmet rule mandatory from Wednesday, actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan has urged everybody to wear a helmet and drive safe.

Haasan recently received a flak from fans for shooting a bike sequence in his forthcoming Tamil release "Papanasam" without wearing a helmet.

"Please wear a helmet while riding a two-wheeler. It's for your own safety. Actors are usually blamed for not wearing helmets in films. The stunts performed in a movie or in a circus can't be performed at home," Kamal said in a video.

His "Papanasam", a remake of Malayalam blockbuster "Drishyam", is slated for release on Friday in cinemas.
