All for mom-in-law: Katrina had to ditch diet plans for paranthas at breakfast

Mumbai, Oct 27 (IANS) Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif shared how her mother-in-law often forced her to have parathas but she has to deny being on a diet.
On 'The Kapil Sharma Show', when the host asked Katrina if her diet has changes after marriage especially being part of a Punjabi family. The 'Namastey London' actress told him that she was often asked to have heavy diet but she refused because of her fitness regime.
She said: "Initially Mummy ji used to urge me a lot to have parathas and since I'm on a diet I couldn't have it so I used to just have a bite. And, now that we have almost completed a year of our marriage, Mummy ji now prepares sweet potatoes for me."
Katrina is coming along with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan to promote her film "Phone Bhoot" and she told about her shooting experience and revealed some interesting anecdotes. She also talked about her life post her marriage.

Raju Srivastava, 58, is admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi following a cardiac arrest on August 10. Comedian Sunil Pal shared a video talking about Raju Srivastava's condition and asked everyone to pray for him.
Recalling events from the wedding, the star also shared how amidst the fanfare of their dream-like wedding, memes and funny tweets that were widely shared did not escape his attention. "While all these random news were making the rounds, I was just there with the pandit ji saying, jaldi nipta dena please. Ek ghante se jyada nahi," the star admitted.
The 43-year-old actress took to Instagram, where she shared a motley of pictures from her pregnancy shoot. Bipasha met Karan on the sets of "Alone" in 2015. The two got married in 2016. The actress was earlier dating actor John Abraham.
The festival, which kicked off on Friday (August 12), will conclude on August 20. Commenting on the occasion, Abhishek Bachchan, who is "absolutely loving" being in the moment in Melbourne, is excited to watch the screening of his 'Manmarziyaan' co-star Taapsee Pannu's upcoming film 'Dobaaraa'.
