'Airlift' is special for Akshay, Nimrat Kaur

Actor Akshay Kumar, who is gearing up for the release of his film "Jolly LLB 2", says "Airlift" is that one film which holds a special place in his heart.
 
The 49-year-old wrote on Twitter: "Every actor has one film which means the world to him... 'Airlift' is just that for me. One year Of 'Airlift'."
 
Actress Nimrat Kaur, who shared screen space with Akshay in the film, says she is fortunate to be a part of the 2016 war thriller directed by Raja Krishna Menon.
 
"One year of 'Airlift'... Forever proud," Nimrat tweeted. 
 
The film follows Ranjit Katyal played by Akshay Kumar, a Kuwait-based businessman as he evacuates Indians during the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait.
