Vaani Kapoor is a supremely fit girl and her body makes her a real head-turner. The actress keeps pushing herself and we have information that she has started doing aerial pilates, which is a new, hardcore training regime that makes someone incredibly flexible.
A source reveals, “Vaani is considered supremely fit and she keeps challenging herself to become fitter. Vaani is currently doing two back-to-back big films Hrithik vs Tiger and Shamshera and both films will showcase her lissome body.
Both films will need her to be in the best of shape as she has to shoot some stunning dance sequences.” Vaani confirms, “Aerial Pilates helps in improving one’s flexibility to the maximum and it helps improve posture to near perfection.
I wanted to take this on to challenge my fitness level and also improve upon it so that I benefit from it while filming. It is an extremely fun way of working out and I’m thoroughly enjoying my sessions. It’s pushing my body to places that I have never taken it before and I’m loving the adrenaline rush.”
