Well known actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra reminded her fans over Twitter that they need to be easy on themselves as the nation tackles the unprecedented COVID19 pandemic. 

The actress placed an emphasis on taking in the proper diet, the right amount of exercise, and sleep. She is known for her exercise routines especially her hard core yoga postures. 

The actress has served as a judge on reality tv shows. She is returning to the silver screen after a hiatus of 14 years. She will be seen in the films 'Nikamma' and 'Hungama 2' soon. She was last seen in 'Apne' in 2007.
