Sidhu Moosewala's parents hug son's coffin in tearful goodbye

Chandigarh, May 31 (IANS) Popular Punjabi singer-rapper Sidhu Moosewala's parents hugged their son's coffin as they bid a tearful goodbye to the slain singer on Tuesday.
Pictures and videos on social media showed Moosewala's mother hugging the glass casket in which his mortal remains were kept. The mother could not stop looking at her son's lifeless body. His father broke down and then she turned to wipe his tears.
A sea of fans and mourners gathered at the singer's village Moosa for the cremation, which took place on Tuesday afternoon.
Moosewala was brutally murdered on Sunday. He was in his car when the attackers blocked him and fired more than 30 shots at him.
The Delhi High Court will on Wednesday hear the plea filed by jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, named as a suspect in the sensational murder of Sidhu Moosewala, alleging apprehension of a fake encounter by the Punjab Police for 'political mileage'.
The romantic track has been recorded in the voices of Gurnazar Chattha and Asees Kaur, on Gurnazar's lyrics and composition. The video is about romance blooming between a young boy and a girl at a Punjabi wedding, and features Jasmin with Gurnazar.
Twitter has restricted four accounts in India -- including that of Punjabi rapper-songwriter Jazzy B -- in compliance with the legal request made by the Indian government, according to data from the US-based collaborative archive Lumen Database.
Addressing the media on Tuesday evening and talking about Karan, Nisha said in Hindi: "He has beaten me up. He is an actor, he is very smart, he understands cameras. He has sometimes made my face black and blue and punched me hard."
His short comedic videos have garnered millions of views on Facebook and YouTube. His wife was there by his bedside when Vohra recorded his heartbreaking video which has been shared by many fans on Twitter and Instagram.
