Bio:
Born in Surrey, Prab Rai started playing in the Surrey Minor Hockey Association from the age of six. He is a former Canadian professional ice hockey player that was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks in 2008. Rai played minor leagues but an injury from a car accident prevented him from progressing further to National Hockey League.
This award was accepted by Prab Rai's brother on his behalf
