Bio:
As a Founder & CEO of PICS (Progressive Intercultural Community Services Society), Charanpal Gill has been a volunteer working for social justice for the disadvantaged, the poor and immigrants for more than two decades.
In 1978 he co-founded the Canadian Farmworkers Union to improve the human rights, health and safety and employment standards of farm workers.
As the founder PICS and Rainbow Community Health Co-operative, Gill works to meet the social and health needs of hundreds of people in the community.
